Lavra a Rir is an annual stand-up comedy show held in Lavra, Portugal. The show has built the tradition of refreshing its visual identity each year, always aiming for something that captures the energy and uniqueness of the lineup.

For this year’s identity, the goal was to balance clarity with personality. The core design is clean, bold, and typographically driven, but I introduced hand-drawn scribbles and underlines to bring a human, spontaneous energy — reflecting the improvisational spirit of comedy. I also applied a dynamic slant to the layout, breaking from rigid structure and adding visual tension and rhythm, like a good punchline.

This year's color palette combines confident purples and pinks with strong black and white contrast, helping each comedian’s name and photo stand out while maintaining overall harmony.
